Abby Roman

Undergraduate Research Apprentice

Abby Roman is a native San Diegan and a first-year at the University of California, Berkeley. Abby is currently majoring in English and intends to minor in Global Poverty and Practice. She joined the Democracy + Media Lab Team as an undergraduate Research Apprentice for the spring semester of 2023. During her time as an apprentice, she hopes to strive for social justice while questioning the effectiveness of democratic practices currently in play.
